BSN Sports, a division of Varsity Brands, announced that it has acquired Winning Streak, Inc. based in Dupo, IL.
Founded in 2003, Winning Streak has served the greater St. Louis and Chicago team sporting goods market. Through the acquisition, BSN Sports welcomes the Winning Streak sales and support teams to its platform and will continue to support customers out of the local St. Peters, MO and Mokena, IL sales offices.
Winning Streak founder Chris Braun will maintain ownership of his decoration facilities, adding further support to BSN Sports’ internal and third-party decoration network.
BSN Sports said the acquisition of Winning Streak, Inc. serves as the latest accelerant to the company’s platform as it continues to expand geographically and with professional sales teams across the U.S.
