A&M Capital has established a new holding company grouping the four eyewear brands – Bollé, Bollé Safety, Serengeti and Cébé – acquired from Vista Outdoor Group.

The name Bollé Brands is derived from Bollé, the Safety and Consumer eyewear and helmets company, which represents the most significant part of the business worldwide and provides central services for all business units including the Serengeti and Cébé brands. The sale was completed in August.

These company name changes will be established in our operations around the world during the course of the first weeks. Bollé Brands will continue to be based in France the companies’ home since 1888.

The Bollé Brands business is a dedicated eyewear and helmets company fully focussed on the investment in and development of the brands’ businesses. This holding company will be led by Peter Smith as CEO. Peter Smith has a long and successful history of working in different sectors and with major consumer brands. He was previously the CEO at Musto where he successfully delivered a significant improvement across all areas of business and prior to this he has worked with brands including, Nike, Reebok, Lacoste, Berghaus and Paul Smith.
