BikeCo, the American distributor for bike brands Fuji Bikes, SE Bikes, Breezer Bikes, and Tuesday Cycles, announced three new hires and two promotions to support growth across operations, retail and customer experience.
- Alberto Garcia joins BikeCo as operations manager, bringing his experience in logistics and workforce management. Garcia will oversee warehouse operations in New Jersey, California and Canada, enhancing the company’s service and fulfillment capabilities.
- Roland Burns, co-founder of the R.E.Load Baggage brand, has been appointed retail manager to lead the company’s first showroom opening at its Philadelphia headquarters. Burns brings nearly three decades of retail and product design experience.
- David Zeigler, “a veteran of the bike and outdoor retail industries,” was appointed Customer and Tech Services representative for BikeCo’s nationwide network of dealers and customers.
- Jacob Clark was promoted to Warranty and Customer Service manager, where he will lead the enhancement of BikeCo’s post-purchase support and customer engagement.
- Brandon Tuma now serves as e-commerce operations manager for BikeCo, spearheading the optimization of its digital platforms, including Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM).
