Firehouse Holdings, LLC, wholly owned by the Big Agnes Ownership Group, which has been leasing to Big Agnes its headquarters in downtown Steamboat Spring, CO, closed on the building’s purchase on June 30, 2023.

Thank you to Big Agnes’ owners and the City of Steamboat Springs for working to keep Big Agnes downtown,” said John Bristol, Routt County Economic Development Partnership executive director. “This work builds on our strategy to make Steamboat Springs and Yampa Street home to the most innovate and sustainable outdoor gear brands.”
The 12,810-square-foot space, located at 840 Yampa Stree, previously the city’s police station, is occupied by Big Agnes’ brand headquarters on the upstairs level, while a majority of the lower level, not occupied by Big Agnes staff, is leased back to the City of Steamboat Springs for use as its fire station while a new site is under construction. Once completed, Big Agnes will occupy the building in its entirety with offices, meeting rooms, and a product development suite, with possibly a public retail location.

We’re thrilled to keep our roots planted in Steamboat.”
