Big Agnes has hired Craig Hatton and Parker Batt to join its sales team and announced the promotion of Kody Herman and Eric Einfeld within the sales organization.

“We’re continuing to expand our reach across the globe and in order to do so we need to continue to support and grow our sales teams,” said Bill Gamber, co-founder and president, Big Agnes. “Craig is a core user and an experienced leader who is very well respected by retail buyers, sales reps and past colleagues. We’re excited to add these new members to the team and proud to announce these key promotions as well.”

  • Craig Hatton joins Big Agnes as director of North American sales. Hatton will work alongside long-time North American Sales Manager, Rose Alford and its sales team to create and support sales strategies and policies to promote brand expansion. Hatton has over 20 years of outdoor industry experience with brands including Black Diamond and Backcountry Access.
  • Parker Batt will work closely with the team as sales coordinator. Batt is also an industry veteran with inside and outside sales experience for brands including Shimano and Pearl Izumi.
  • Kody Herman, a Big Agnes employee since 2016, was promoted to operations business analyst. Herman will assist Einfeld and the company’s Dealer Services team with the allocation and management of inventory based on analysis of trends, product performance, promotional, event and dealer requirements. Herman previously served as sales coordinator.
  • Eric Einfeld, who joined Big Agnes from Smartwool in 2020, has been promoted to sales operations and planning manager. He will support in-house sales and outside rep agencies to achieve the brand’s annual objectives. Einfeld will be involved with product forecasting, performance tracking and providing key insights on future business initiatives.
