Baffin extended its Made-in-Canada offerings with four boot styles for men and women. Its Glacier collection styles Mountain and Cambrian (men’s) and Maple Leaf and Cambrian (women’s).
“Since 1979, Baffin has been committed to the manufacturing of products in Canada and has continued to repatriate production. We are excited to introduce the Glacier Collection to this incredible lineup and to present four new styles produced in our Stoney Creek, ON factory,” said Mark Hubner, senior vice president of Commercial at Baffin.
The boots offer full-grain leather uppers with details specific to each style. Mountain has a nylon locking snow collar, Cambrian shows Baffin’s half-leaf emblem debossed in the leather and Maple Leaf pairs the same debossed half-leaf with a wool blend collar lining. All styles come in black and brown, with Baffin’s red branding.
The Glacier Collection is Real-World Tested* Arctic Rated by Baffin, and features the brand’s removable comfort-fit multi-layer inner boot system with seven layers of insulating technology.
Baffin Glacier Collection offers a B-Tek Dry Waterproof Base, a waterproof technology offering wet protection from the base up to the stitch line. It provides thermal regulation where breathability is needed.
*Real-World Tested (RWT) level evolution bridges the gap between product and application. RWT is a system that helps to recommend cold comfort levels associated with Baffin footwear. Each level is determined by the extensive use of Baffin products in real-world applications on expeditions and job sites worldwide.
