Sears Holdings Corporation, the parent of Sears and Kmart, is considering filing for bankruptcy protection as soon as this week as it faces a large debt repayment on Monday, reports The Wall Street Journal. Advisory firm M-III Partners LLC has been hired to prepare the bankruptcy filing, according to the report.

Yuba Bikes Responds To Recent Anti-Dumping Tariffs

Yuba Bicycles, maker of both electric and pedal cargo bicycles, has issued a response to the rounds of anti-dumping tariffs issued on August 10 and September 17, resulting in a 25 percent tariff to be applied to electric bikes and a 10 percent tariff to be applied to pedal bikes manufactured in China.
