The Association of Golf Merchandisers (AGM) announced the recipients of the 2022 AGM Platinum Awards that recognizes 100 premier golf shops, including public, private, resort, and off-course golf shops worldwide.

AGM said the criteria for selection for the honor is based on a combination of visual displays, customer service initiatives, social media initiatives, shop renovations, promotional ideas, merchandising events, innovative use of fixtures or props, retail initiatives, staff training, and growing the game of golf at their facilities.

All entries are judged by an impartial panel and membership in AGM is not a requirement for entry.

“The caliber of entries received this year were extraordinary,” said Desane Blaney, executive director, AGM. “Facilities continue to find new ways to conduct business, create experiences, drive traffic, and increase sales with a customer-centric approach while adhering to safety protocols.”
