Delta Apparel Increases Share Repurchase Authorization by $10 Million

Apparel, headwear and related accessories company Delta Apparel Inc. on Tuesday announced that the company’s board of directors has approved a new authorization under the company’s stock repurchase program for the repurchase of up to an additional $10 million of the company’s outstanding common stock, bringing the total amount authorized under the program to $60 million.

Wall Street Sees Nike Boost From Colin Kaepernick Ad 

Nike is increasingly seen getting a boost from the brand’s decision to include Colin Kaepernick in its “Just Do It” anniversary ad campaign, according to investor notes from Piper Jaffray and Canaccord Genuity. Canaccord conducted a poll that found consumers “overwhelmingly supportive” of the campaign.
