KMD Brands, Ltd., the parent of Kathmandu, Rip Curl and Oboz, announced that it had completed the process to hire an additional non-executive director to its Board. Zion Armstrong, former president of Adidas North America, agreed to join the company as a non-executive director, effective December 1, 2022.

BEA Report Confirms Strong Recovery For Outdoor Recreation Industry
