Adidas Originals revisited its Country OG silhouette in the third collaboration with Song for the Mute, “reimagined” in three ’90s-inspired colorways—pale grey and teal nylon reminiscent of vintage windbreakers and black leather with suede detailing.
The sneaker’s Metallic D-ring hardware combines with a custom paracord-inspired toggle lacing system.
The accompanying apparel collection, designed by Creative Director Lyna Ty, re-interprets Adidas’ heritage silhouettes new with textile directions and techniques in the eight garments, including Sherpa fleece zip-up jackets with digitally printed contrast sleeves and logo embroidery; distressed jersey hoodies in brown and teal feature; oversized blazer and press-stud track pants in lightweight coated cotton; and a custom jacquard knitwear with intricate contrasting color-work.
