Adidas reported it signed a 10-year renewal on its downtown flagship lease for its store located at 610 Broadway in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City.
Adidas is the retail anchor of the six-story Class A office building occupying three levels, including office space, totaling 30,639 square feet.
The building, owned by funds associated with LaSalle Investment Management, represented the landlord on the lease renewal. Adidas represented itself. LIM said the transaction is “one of the largest” to close in the area in 2022.
Mike Winter, managing director of Asset Management at LIM, said, “Adidas’ commitment to maintaining high-quality stores in key shopping corridors is a demonstration of the sustained strength of the New York City market in general and SoHo in particular, and we are delighted to complete this long-term renewal with a leading global brand.”
