ActionVillage.com, once a leading paintball online retailer, is closing its doors and liquidating its complete inventory, according to a listing on the Chicago Tribune’s website.

According to propaintball.com, “At one point in time, AV was the go to place for paintball goods online.”

A foreclosure sale is slated to be held on May 17, according to the Tribune’s listing. It will include inventory, equipment, goods, general intangibles, computer hardware and software and related rights, fixtures and all proceeds of the foregoing. Spin Holdings, LLC, who is a secured creditor of Action Village, LLC,  will hold a public foreclosure at the law offices of Robert E. Richards in Chicago.

The listing describes Action Village as an online retailer of skateboard, snowboard, paintball and biking equipment and related apparel located in Wood Dale, IL.
