Reebok has appointed Bob Myers as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the corporation. Bob has more than twenty-two years of human resources experience, which includes leadership positions at such top global brands as PepsiCo, Target Corporation, Limitedbrands Inc., BankBoston and Metromedia. During the course of his career, Bob has worked in both senior HR Generalist and top organization and leadership development positions.

Most recently, Bob served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Metromedia Restaurant Group based in Plano, Texas. MRG is a $1.5 billion privately held multi-brand portfolio of approximately 1000 restaurants
worldwide, employing more than 20,000 people. Prior to this, Bob was Vice President and Executive Director of Human Resources at BankBoston, now known as Fleet.

Bob was also a senior member of the corporate HR leadership team at Limitedbrands Inc. He is credited with developing the company's first-ever strategic talent review and leadership development processes. Earlier,
Bob served in various senior HR positions with the Mervyn's subsidiary of Target Corporation and PepsiCo's Taco Bell unit. Bob is an active contributor to the human resources field and has served on the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS) since 1998. He is a member of its Executive Committee and was recently elected to become Chairperson, with his two-year volunteer term set to begin in October, 2004.

Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and also a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska. He
and his wife, Kim, who have two children, currently reside in Dallas, Texas. Bob will be based in Canton. He and Kim will be relocating to the Boston area.

Bob will assume his new role on December 1. Bob replaces Jimmy Jones who will continue to work as a consultant through June 1, 2004. Jimmy Jones has served as Reebok's Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
since May 1997. Under Jimmy's leadership, Reebok has recruited and retained several experienced, top level and highly respected executives
