Several stores in the downtown Los Angeles area, including an Adidas location on Broadway and Shoe Palace on Main Street, were hit by looters Monday night, June 9, as the civil unrest following days of anti-ICE protests continued overnight, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
An Apple Store was also looted on Broadway, as well as two marijuana dispensaries, a pharmacy, and a jewelry store. A Skechers factory outlet store on Broadway has been boarded up, according to the Washington Post.
Authorities indicated that they made some arrests, but additional details were not available.
