Brown Shoe Company elected Lori Greeley to its board of directors. Greeley was most recently chief executive officer for Victoria’s Secret Stores.
“Adding Lori — a well-known and highly-respected leader in retail — to our board of directors gives us the benefit of her more than 20 years of experience,” said Diane Sullivan, CEO, president and chairman of Brown Shoe Company. “Her energy and passion for the business and her leadership skills will be a welcome addition to our company.”
While at Victoria’s Secret Stores, Greeley took on positions with increasing responsibility — moving from buyer to director and then from vice president to executive vice president, before taking on the CEO role. Greeley began her career at Bon-Ton Stores, as part of its executive training program, and she subsequently joined Youthland, prior to beginning her tenure at Victoria’s Secret Stores.
