Coming off a successful soft launch in new Downtown Summerlin, Golfsmith International officially brought to market its first location in Las Vegas. The latest addition to the Golfsmith brand boasts a 23,000 square-foot store offering an unrivaled retail store experience within an interactive setting – staying true to Golfsmith’s “anything for golf” standard.

The new store features four state-of-the-art club fitting studios with simulators that enable customers to test drive the latest clubs with advice and assistance from certified Golfsmith Master Club Fitters, who use the same launch monitor technology used to fit Tour pros. It has a large indoor putting green, technology bar with GPS units and other high-tech gadgets and a GolfTEC performance improvement center with PGA teaching professionals. It also features Golfsmith’s FAIR-WAY purchase assurance guarantee, which promises the lowest price, custom fitting with a certified fitter, and the ability to try product before purchase and bringing it back if not completely satisfied.

The new store opening celebration will be held Saturday, October 25th with a number of exciting activities including giveaways, all-day contests, daily door-buster deals, hot new products and demo events featuring TaylorMade’s SLDR lineup and Callaway’s new Big Bertha V Series driver.

  • 10-2 p.m. – Representatives from Callaway, TaylorMade and Cobra will be onsite for equipment trial and fittings
  • 2-5 p.m. – $100,000 Hole in One Challenge
  • Qualifying closest to pin from 2-4 p.m. Best two scores each hour wins a $100 giftcard and will be invited back at 5 p.m. for one shot at a hole in one. First one made wins $100,000 cash
