The Endorphin Group, distributor of Rossignol apparel in North America, has created a strategic alliance bringing the group into two new market segments; ASR and Fashion Lifestyle.
Scott Prunier will lead the development of the ASR division, formerly C4 Distribution. The Fashion Lifestyle division, formerly Ei8ht Distribution will continue to be directed by Julie Papineau. Greg Ries, VP of sales, leads the US division.
According to Devon Cruickshank, GM of the Endorphin group, this move represents a simplification for the Momentum Group. Momentum is the parent of all three companies, in this merger we have removed walls and created a deeper resource pool for each of the companies involved. Our brands and markets will be the winners in this re-organization.
Endorphin is a new player in the distribution landscape adds Cruickshank, since we came onto the scene in 2009 we have evolved quickly into a multi-channel, multi-brand company. We are approaching each channel with a dedicated team and look to build value for our partners and connections to our communities over the long term.
