KMD Brands Europe has appointed Pascale Kaiser as the new brand manager of its Outdoor Division. Pascale is expected to lead the development and expansion of Kathmandu and Oboz across Europe, based at the company’s European headquarters in Hossegor. She is reporting directly to Mathieu Lefin, president, KMD Brands Europe.

“With background in business development and merchandise management, Pascale brings a wealth of experience from her work with industry-leading brands such as Dakine and O’Neill. Her deep expertise in driving international growth, managing teams, and navigating complex market dynamics will be instrumental in strengthening KMD Brands’ presence in the European outdoor market,” the company said in a media release.

“We are thrilled to have Pascale join our team at such a pivotal time for our Outdoor Division at KMD Brands Europe,” said Lefin. “Her business development expertise and her leadership in driving brand growth make her the perfect fit to lead Kathmandu and Oboz in Europe. I am confident that her experience will ramp up our brands to new heights, as we continue to expand our presence in the European market.”

Lefin said Pascale will be responsible for overseeing the sales force and marketing efforts within the Outdoor Division.

“Her leadership and strategic vision will be key in further aligning our brand goals and enhancing the overall performance of our outdoor portfolio,” he said.

Kaiser was most recently European sales director for Dakine. Previously, she had a 17-year career with O’Neill in a number of business development and sales roles, including 14 years as KA manager for France.
