M-Edge Accessories has launched a Camouflage line of jackets and bags designed for Amazon Kindle and targeted to U.S. military personnel operating abroad.
Were observing a steady increase in eReader use by deployed troops as a space-saving source of reading and entertainment while away from home,” says Patrick Mish, CEO of M-Edge Accessories.
Three styles from M-Edges existing Sport Line make up the Camouflage product offerings, which are designed for on-the-move readers in rugged environments who do not want to worry about sand, wear and tear, and screen scratches. The three products are made from durable and easy-to-clean ripstop nylon, with a plush grey fleece interior to protect Kindle.
The Leisure Jacket utilizes a clear vinyl cover that protects Kindles screen from sand, dust, and moisture while still allowing full functionality of the buttons and keyboard. The Latitude Jacket zips closed using a hidden double zipper, providing complete device protection, and includes extra zipper pockets for storage of other accessories. The Journey Bag is a messenger-style bag perfectly sized to accommodate Kindle and all its accoutrements during everyday travel.
