Reima North America appointed Mayon Sargeant as sales director. The company said in a release that Sargeant brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the outdoor and sporting goods industry.
With 20 years of experience working across multiple categories, Sargeant has consistently demonstrated leadership and a deep understanding of brand storytelling, exceeding not only topline expectations but also bottom-line margin and profitability goals.” Her strengths reportedly “align well with the role and the goals at Reima for North America,” said the company.

Before Reima, Sargent was an independent consultant for seven years for Skagit Investments. Previously, she was director of sales for the West region at American Outdoor Brands. Before AOB, Sargent was VP of sales and marketing at Sierra Bullets and Barnes Bullets and business unit director for Black Diamond Equipment under the Clarus Corporation umbrella. She has experience at Mountain Hardwear, Simms Fishing, Hard Core Brands, Signature Products Group, Spyder, and Cabela’s.
As the Sales Director, Mayon will strengthen connections with wholesale partners, foster long-term collaborations, and deliver products that “inspire kids to embrace the joy of outdoor exploration.”
