Dynasty Apparel Industries is Major League Baseball’s Diversity Business Partner, Vendor Spotlight for the month of October.
Fourteen years ago Dynasty Apparel Industries teamed up with two of MLB’s All Stars. Mr. Octavio “Cookie” Rojas, formerly of the Cincinnati Reds, KC Royals, St. Louis Cardinals and the Philadelphia Phillies. Cookie also managed the California Angels and Florida Marlins. Also, Mr. Tony Perez, whom was inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame in 2000, and played for the Cincinnati Reds, Montréal Expos, Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies. He also managed the Cincinnati Reds and Florida Marlins. In conjunction with these 2 MLB stars, Dynasty Apparel was able to create a winning combination and join Major League Baseball as a licensee. Dynasty Apparel became the first minority owned and operated licensee.
Dynasty Apparel has become a primary supplier of Major League Baseball apparel to retailers such as; Modell’s, Finish Line, MLB.COM and Olympia Stores. Dynasty Apparel also supplies mass merchants such as; Wal-Mart, Target, Meijers and K-Mart.
