Inov-8 is marking the 18th anniversary of its Roclite footwear range with a new road running shoe this winter.
The company said the Roclite Ultra G 320 is designed with “the comfort, grip and protection to tackle long-distance runs over soft, muddy ground as well as hard-packed trails.” The shoe launches on December 1.
The shoe is the brand’s “most cushioned” Roclite and also the first to feature Graphene in its rubber studded outsole and foam-cushioned midsole for performance and durability. The 6mm studs are longer than those found on Inov-8 shoes designed for hard-packed trails, which allows for better grip in muddy winter conditions.
“We were only in our second year when we launched the first-ever Roclite shoe, the Roclite 315. It makes me immensely proud to see how well the range has stood the test of time, proving popular with both loyal followers and those new to the brand, said Wayne Edy, founder, Inov-8. “The new shoe brings together much of the expertise we have gathered over those 18 years and spearheads our propulsion into 2023 when we’ll celebrate another major milestone—20 years as a business.”
