Polarpak has partnered with Oakley and Ogio for 2008. Polarpak will supply its patented and patent pending MOFLOW pressurized bladders in one model for Oakleys hydration packs and another model for Ogios new surf duffel bag collection.
“Teaming up with an industry leader such as Oakley and Ogio reaffirms our belief that there is a wide market for a new hydration system that isnt available elsewhere”, said Jeff Skillern, president of Polarpak. “Through these type of partnerships, well be able to offer the finest, most advanced hydration packs on the market.”
MOFLOW comes in two size options with a 70oz and 96oz fluid capacity. They also feature two quick release couplers with shut off valve, and 360-degree rotating detachable bite valve.
For Oakley, teaming up with Polarpak made sense since it allows the company to add technology to its packs. “Were able to offer substantial value and technology in our hydration packs”, said Oakleys Tony Zental.
New co-branded bags from Oakley and Ogio will become available at select retailers this year, though a specific timeframe has yet to be determined.
