Mizuno USA, Inc. has hired Robert C. White to serve as the company’s newly established Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development (HR&OD).  With over 20 years of Human Resources and Organizational Development experience, White will preside over and lead Mizuno USA’s HR&OD function which includes compensation & benefits, training and development, labor relations, manpower implementation, staffing & recruiting, succession planning, organization development, planning & administration, and compliance.  The creation of this new Vice President of Human Resources Organizational Development position is yet another sign of Mizuno USA’s continued commitment to improving infrastructure as well as placing an emphasis on the personal growth of its employees.


White joins Mizuno USA, Inc. from After Hours Formalwear where he worked for the past 10 years, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources.  White was instrumental in helping After Hours grow dramatically over that time period into a highly successful 500+ store retail chain. Prior to that, he held a number of positions in both Operations Management and Human Resources with Joseph A. Bank Clothiers and Hartmarx Specialty Stores giving him a wealth of practical operating experience in addition to his Human Resources background.

White graduated from the University of Missouri, St. Louis with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Education.  Robert White and his wife Debbie live in the local Atlanta area, in Grayson, Georgia.
