Factory Design Labs promoted four employees and the addition of six new staff members. Jaxon Repp, Factory's VP of Interactive Services, has taken a new role as VP of Client Strategy. Replacing Jaxon as Senior Director of Interactive Services is David Stewart, who is currently Factory's Senior Interactive Producer. Haley Nemann, will leave her role overseeing interactive user experience to fill the position of Interactive Project Manager.
Finally, Senior Account Manager, Mietra Ghaffari, has accepted the newly created role of Business Development Manager. New Factory employees include Jason Pierce, Web Analytics Manager; Nathan Royer, Audi Group Product Expert; Gabe Varela, Lead Application Architect; Sean Dougherty, Lead UI Developer; Gwyn Pohl, Account Coordinator; and Chad Schoenborn, Office Manager.
