Crocs, Inc. has acquired EXO Italia, S.r.l., designer and developer of EVA-based finished products with a focus on the footwear industry. Headquartered in Padova, Italy, EXO Italia has worked with several leading branded consumer companies to produce high quality EVA based footwear for the global marketplace.
