Sole Technology, Inc., manufacturer of the etnies, etnies Girl, eS, Emerica and ThirtyTwo brands, purchased a new 315,000 square foot warehouse and distribution building in Fontana, California, located at 17300 Slover Ave. The new facility is expected to begin full operation for the Holiday 2006 footwear and apparel season, and will house the company's Distribution, Receiving and Operations departments.

Headquartered in Lake Forest, California, Sole Technology has experienced double digit growth for the past 10 years, and the company has been looking to expand its current 120,778 square foot footwear and apparel warehouses since early 2005. The new distribution building is one of five buildings owned and operated by Sole Technology, including a new 6,000 square foot showroom and office that recently opened in New York City.

The new Sole Technology distribution building is one of six new buildings in the 3.1 million square foot, 140-acre business park development that the SARES-REGIS Group recently completed. Sole Technology worked with SARES-REGIS Group's Commercial Investment Division and agreed to purchase the building while still under construction and closed escrow upon its recent completion. Mike Wolfe and Joe McKay of Lee & Associates' Ontario, California, office represented SARES-REGIS Group and Sole Technology was represented by Marilyn Donovan of Ashwill Associates in Newport Beach.

“Fontana is becoming a hub for distribution,” said Paul Migaki, Chief Operating Officer of Sole Technology, Inc. “We decided to purchase a facility that would be big enough to distribute both footwear and apparel for all brands under one roof, but most importantly, it is a building substantial enough to accommodate our aggressive future growth plans.”
