Malden Mills is excited to announce the Ute Mountaineer of Aspen, Colorado as the winner of the Polartec Retail
Window Contest. During the entire month of November, participating retailers dedicated window display space to the Polartec brand, including sub-brand fabric styles and finished garments made from Polartec fabric. Entries
were judged on creativity, an accurate depiction of the Polartec brand and impact.
The winner's are:
1st place Ute Mountaineer Aspen, Colo.
2nd place Summit Canyon Mountaineering Glenwood Springs, Colo.
3rd place Wild Iris Lander, Wyo.
Winning retailers will receive prizes at the Polartec booth at the 2006
Winter Outdoor Retailer Show. First prize is $10,000 and a full Polartec
layering system for all shop employees. Second prize is $5,000 and third
prize is $1000.
