Gregory Mountain Products has retained Base Camp Communications to oversee its public relations and brand communications, effective immediately.

“The Gregory name is synonimous with innovation, quality and superior fit, and we’re committed to taking our marketing and communications efforts to the next level in 2006 to better broadcast why that’s the case, how we’re taking it to the next level, and to help continue to drive demand for our retailers,” said Paul Gagner, Gregory’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Base Camp’s efforts will be a key component of that strategy.”

Base Camp Communications will develop a brand communications campaign for Gregory that will help build awareness of the company’s heritage and position in backpacks while looking ahead to showcase how Gregory is evolving with sport-specific packs and commuter and travel products in response to customer demand.
