Specialized and Supergo bike shops announced Friday that they had reached an “amicable agreement” to terminate their relationship. The action comes after almost a year of discussion and negotiation. Supergo will sell the remainder of its inventories of Specialized product through its existing stores. The termination will allow both parties to move forward with their “differing business models and visions,” according to a joint release.
The termination is effective immediately and Supergo will make no further purchases of Specialized product.
