ZiGi hired Andy Petersen as president of the brand effective
July 1. Petersen joins the ZiGi team with over two decades of sales and footwear industry experience with brands such as Nordstrom, Nine West, Tommy Hilfiger and most recently as senior vice president of Rocket Dog.

“We are thrilled to have Andy on board to lead our team through expansion in 2010 and beyond,” said
Segev Davidson, CEO of ZiGi. “Andy's global experience, personal relationships with retailers and
understanding of the market are second to none and I am confident that his leadership will enable us to gain
further market share for all collections under the ZiGi fold.”

As president of ZiGi, Petersen will oversee the expansion of all brands within the portfolio including
ZiGiny footwear and handbags, ZiGi Girl, ZiGi Soho, Rock & Candy, and 1999.

Petersen's main focus for
the balance of 2010 will be the domestic fall launch of its cold weather line, Grizzleez by ZiGiny, a
collection of better fashion cold weather casual shoes and boots for women ranging from $69-$199 US.
Petersen will also direct the launch of ZiGi's new children's collection, Ziggies and the new women's
accessory line by ZiGiny, both launching for the spring 2011 season.

“I joined ZiGi because of the fresh innovation of product and the company's ability to react quickly to
trends, design, and production for our customers,” noted Petersen. “Having in-house materials, design, and
production allows us to react quickly in a fast moving fashion market.”

Future growth plans for the company include a web re-launch which will include ecommerce and b2b
capabilities, expansion of its Huntington, N.Y. corporate office, a grand opening of its New York City
showroom, refurbish and re-launch of its New York City retail store, and expansion of its international
market distribution.

FFANY, WSA, Magic and Platform.
