Zappos.com has partnered with TV personality Melissa Rivers for the company's private label brand, The Cool People. Melissa Rivers for The Cool People will be the first foray for Rivers into the apparel market and is also the first-ever celebrity co-brand for Zappos.com.
Comprised of simple, yet fashion conscious styles all under $100, the spring/summer '12 collection was inspired by Rivers' desire to create apparel that would fit easily into her everyday wardrobe and busy lifestyle.
The Cool People is an online marketplace at Zappos.com that fuses of-the-moment designers and celebrities. Zappos has previously collaborated with Stuart Weitzman, Steve Madden, and Trust Your Journey. Zappos was first introduced to Rivers through the hit show Celebrity Apprentice on a task she completed for the company.

Exclusive to Zappos.com, the collection will be available on June 8th, 2012 and contains key staples and closet must have's, perfect for the everyday woman on the go.
A percentage of sales from Melissa Rivers for The Cool People will give back to her chosen charity; The WaterKeeper Alliance. Rivers says, “The Waterkeeper Alliance is a fantastic organization to me because protecting water, our most precious natural resource, is of the utmost importance to our future. Clean water is a fundamental right that all human beings should have.”
