YKK (U.S.A.) Inc. announced the launch of its new Solutions Group ahead of the Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) Expo.

The Solutions Group was created to help manufacturers struggling with issues such as time-consuming manual processes, high scrap rate and wasted material, inconsistent quality, high inventory, multiple suppliers, and rising production costs. The group will provide consultation on new product development and manufacturing process improvement, custom machinery and assembly service.

While the Solutions Group is new, YKK (U.S.A.) Inc. has been engaging in manufacturing process improvement for customers through its Field Technology Centers since 1978.
