XS Sights promoted longtime employee Monte Long to marketing and sales engineer.
Long has been with the company for 18 years most recently working as production manager where he ensured on-time delivery of the company’s American-made sights to consumers, dealers, distributors, and OEM customers. In his new role as marketing and sales engineer, Long will work closely with the marketing and sales teams, playing a key role in strategic planning and creating enhanced content for web, blog, social, and video initiatives.
“I’m excited by the opportunities I have in this new role to help enhance the overall customer experience,” said Long. “We will continue to introduce new and innovative products, and I want to do all I can to not only help our customers understand and enjoy the benefits of our sights but also improve their overall experience as part of the XS Sights family.”
