Xpedition Archery enhanced its engineering team by hiring Sean Keeney and Jason Fogg to drive innovation.

“Over the past couple of years, our focus at Xpedition Archery has led to groundbreaking advancements such as the XLite platform and Magnite material, as well as overall improvements to the consumer experience. We’re looking for employees who share our passion and have extensive hands-on experience in the field, along with being experts in their craft. Sean and Jason fit the bill perfectly and will play key roles in our efforts to redefine archery,” said Brady Arview, SVP of Xpedition Archery.

Aside from being an avid bowhunter, Keeney is the son of an accomplished industry engineer. His natural passion for the outdoors drove internship opportunities with Mathews Archery and The Outdoor Group as he earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Post-graduation, Keeney earned his credentials as a design engineer for Hunter Specialities, Barnett and Bear Archery. That knowledge and experience are expected to peak as a major contributor in design for Xpedition’s pursuit to lead the bowhunting experience.

“The team here at XA makes you feel like you’re part of a family, and pioneering the way through new materials is an added bonus. I couldn’t wait to be a part of the team that’s bringing the best archery systems in our industry into the hands of those who share our passion,” said Keeney.

Fogg reportedly brings an outstanding resume and education with a BSME and MBA and archery accolades to Xpedition Archery. His background includes working for Hoyt, Barnett and Ten Point, where he assisted in designing technologies including the Hoyt TEC riser, Split Limbs, Cam ½, and the Carbon Matrix. Fogg’s industry accomplishments also include achievements in state NFAA and outdoor Idaho State 3D Championships and a roster of archery big-game pursuits. His skill set and bow design experience are expected to help push Xpedition’s designs and quality to the next level.

“I am extremely excited to join the fantastic team at Xpedition Archery. Their proprietary metal nanocomposite, Magnite, is revolutionary and will soon become the material of choice for serious bowhunters,” said Fogg.

“Keeney and Fogg’s expertise, passion and dedication provide invaluable assets to Xpedition Archery as we continue to drive innovation and excellence in vertical bows,” added Andrew Sibble, VP of Xpedition Archery. “Our commitment to the bowhunting community requires experienced leadership. Sean and Jason bring exactly that. We’re thrilled to have them join our team, and we have high expectations for their contributions to the industry,” said Mark Heck, president of Xpedition Archery.
