Wolverine Worldwide appointed Melissa A. Howell to the position of senior vice president of global human resources. Howell has more than 24 years of experience in human resource management
with General Motors company, one of the world’s largest automobile
companies, with well over 200,000 employees in over 150 countries. 

Howell most recently served as senior vice president of global human resources and also held numerous other human resource leadership roles
during her time with the company.  

Howell will report directly to Blake Krueger, Wolverine Worldwide’s Chairman, chief executive officer and president.

Prior to beginning her career at General Motors company, Howell received her MA in Industry Relations from Wayne State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Employee Relations from Michigan State University.
