Wolverine World Wide Inc. announced an offering $300 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025. Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
The notes will be guaranteed by the company’s domestic subsidiaries that guarantee its senior credit facilities.
Wolverine World Wide’s brands include Merrell, Sperry, Hush Puppies, Saucony, Wolverine, Keds, Stride Rite, Chaco, Bates and Hytest. The company also is the global footwear licensee of Cat and Harley-Davidson.
