Wilson Sporting Goods Co. has extended its sponsorship with AVP, Inc.. Wilson will continue to be the “official game ball” of the AVP for both indoor and outdoor games. The long-term deal extends through the 2012 season of the AVP Crocs Tour.
In addition to being the official game ball for the pro beach volleyball, Wilson is the number one choice for the sports top athletes. Wilson backs the best beach volleyball players in the world like Olympic Gold Medalist Kerri Walsh, Bronze Medalist Holly McPeak, long-time AVP veteran Barbra Fontana, and top AVP player, Jake Gibb who along with his dynamic partner, Sean Rosenthall, help make up one of the top male teams on the AVP tour and recent winners of the 2008 Cuervo Gold Crown Championship.
