Outdoor lifestyle apparel brand Wild Rye hired Method Outdoor Collective, a sales agency based in Burlington, VT.

“Wild Rye is on a really exciting growth trajectory, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to invest in this next phase by partnering with Method,” said Cassie Abel, founder and CEO of Wild Rye. “Wholesale has been a key part of our strategy since the beginning, so I’m excited to lean on Sasha’s decades of experience to deepen and grow our retail partnerships nationwide. Method has a proven track record with brands like Wild Rye, and we can’t wait to see what they’re able to accomplish starting with the FW24 sell-in season and for years to come.”

Sasha Dietschi-Cooper, the founder of Method, reportedly has over 20 years of implementing go-to-market strategies for global lifestyle brands, including Prana and Burton. The company said Dietschi-Cooper will serve as a “fractional VP of sales for Wild Rye while Method’s Mia Magnotto will be the brand lead, leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience in the outdoor industry, bike and ski specifically, to take Wild Rye to the next level.”

“When partnering with brands, we focus heavily on core values and clearly differentiated products,” said Dietschi-Cooper. “Wild Rye’s playful, durable, sustainable product line paired with the brand’s emphasis on empowering women+ is perfectly aligned with our mission, and we look forward to developing Wild Rye’s presence in North American specialty markets.”

Wild Rye joins Biolite, Bivo, Lifestraw, Spektrum Sports, Gnarly Nutrition, Heimplanet, and other brands in Method’s portfolio.
