Westlife Distribution, home of 686 & Sepia, has recently opened European headquarters in Montebelluna, Italy and hired Alda Pancera as customer service manager of European operations.
In charge of customer service since the early days of the Northwave brand, Mrs. Pancera has a 17-years experience in the winter sports industry. A fluent German and English speaker, she will be responsible for the markets in Austria, German, The Netherlands and Belgium, as well as helping with certain aspects of Westlifes operations in Europe.
“Alda has a tremendous background, says Stéphane Grenet, Westlifes European manager, “She really is a huge addition to our European structure. Ive had this idea in the back of my head for a while and Im as excited as can be.”
“I feel honoured to have been chosen by Westlife,” explains Alda, “I cant wait to add my experience in the mix and help the 686 and Sepia brands grow and establish themselves in Europe on a long-term basis”.
