Westcomb is broadening its capacity to serve retailers in Western Canada in addition to signing a new agency to manage growth in New England.
Long-time Westcomb sales representative Tom Jones, who previously managed the Westcomb accounts in British Columbia and the Yukon, has added Saskatchewan and Alberta to his territory.
“Well known for designing and manufacturing the best available technical apparel for outdoor enthusiasts, Westcomb is now positioned to earn new customers in these territories with its commitment to Canadian manufacturing and the new Subzero styles suited for everyday wear,” explained Jones.
In New England, independent apparel and fashion professional Brian Rice is joining the Westcomb sales force. Rice's sales agency represents brands in the outdoor industry and fashion space giving him a keen eye for trend spotting and experience in driving sales at the retail level with complementing lines.

Westcomb introduced its Subzero parkas last fall alongside its performance-driven A Line collection of hard shells and Thermotek down sweaters and insulation pieces. The company's Fall/Winter collection also includes the Thermotek series of midlayers and next-to-skin technologies and the Enduro line of hard-wearing, premium-performing active insulation and stretch woven fabrics.
