Webley & Scott has hired Derick Cole as President to lead its USA Division.
Cole comes to Webley & Scott from Maurice Sporting Goods, a wholesale sporting goods distributor, where he served as VP Sales. Prior to that, he held various positions including General Manager and Senior Account Executive.
Cole will be responsible for the US introduction of Webley & Scott air guns and shotguns, and the associated development of the marketing strategies, pricing structures and distribution channels required to effectively introduce this historic manufacturer to the US market.
“Cole’s industry experience, customer relationship development skills, passion for the shooting sports and his enthusiasm for business challenges and team-based success will serve him well at Webley & Scott in the United States”, said David Fuller.
“His knowledge of distribution, business acumen and track record of successfully generating profitable growth will be valuable assets as well”.
Cole earned his master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and holds a BS in Business Management.
