Waypoint Outdoor, an independent national sales agency serving the outdoor industry, named Amy Beck as brand manager and partner. Beck will play an integral role as the agency’s business portfolio expands and evolves. In late June, Waypoint Outdoor became the first national sales agency for Helly Hansen and will manage all U.S.-oriented sales activities for the 140-year-old brand.
Beck is a veteran of the apparel and footwear business with more than 20 years working for brands such as J.Crew, Cole Haan, SmartWool and Lucy Activewear. She began her career on the retail selling floor and later moved into wholesale. Over the last six years, Beck has been in GTM leadership as the VP of sales and marketing for SmartWool and most recently the VP of Wholesale for Lucy Activewear.

This new role allows me to expand my experience and core values and apply them to an industry I love.”
Beck was also chosen as a mentor for both the Skip Yowell Future Leaders and Camber.
