Watchtower Firearms appointed Graham Kohlmeyer as chief operating officer , effective immediately, reporting to Owner and CEO Jason Colosky.

The company said “Kohlmeyer will play a crucial role in driving the execution of Watchtower Firearms’ strategic roadmap.” He is expected to contribute to the company’s operational rigor, corporate development, financial performance, and capital structuring. With his extensive experience and proven track record, Kohlmeyer is expected to bring valuable insights and leadership to the Watchtower team, the company said in a release.

“Graham has an impressive track record of strategic, operational, and commercial accomplishments,” Colosky commented. “He has proven to be a successful and trusted leader and brings to this position a strong reputation for developing people and inspiring teams. His experience will be a valuable asset to our team as we continue to accelerate our growth and prove to be The Next Great American Firearms Company.”

Before joining Watchtower Firearms, Kohlmeyer was director of product management for Beretta USA. Over the course of his career, spanning over a decade, he has also held product management positions with renowned companies such as Stanley, Black & Decker and Shark/Ninja.

Kohlmeyer holds a BSBA degree in Global Business/Management and an MBA in International Business from Sawyer Business School/Suffolk University.
