W. C. Bradley Co. acquired Dansons US, LLC, in a merger of grill manufacturers.
Dansons, headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, owns Pit Boss and Louisiana Grills in the cooking space and the gun-safe manufacturer Surelock. Started in 1999 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Dansons is family-owned and managed by Dan Thiessen, Jeff Thiessen and Jordan Thiessen.
Headquartered in Columbus, GA, W.C. Bradley manufactures grills, smokers and outdoor supplies. The company’s brands include Char-Broil, Oklahoma Joe’s Smokers, Saber grills, and Lamplight, which manufactures the TIKI brand line-up for torches, outdoor lighting products, and firepits. It has been privately held since 1885, reaching its 7th generation of family ownership.
