Vista Outdoor Inc. announced that the company has named Kelly Reisdorf to serve as vice president of investor relations.
“Kelly is a high-energy, results-oriented leader who will effectively communicate Vista Outdoor’s strategy and outcomes with shareholders and analysts,” said Mick Lopez, Vista Outdoor’s chief financial officer. “She has been with Vista Outdoor for 11 years in various capacities, most recently serving as our vice president of Enterprise IT and, therefore, she is already knowledgeable about our operations, products, systems and markets. I look forward to her leadership and expertise as we continue to build our global shareholder base. She will also play an integral role as we execute our strategic transformation plan, positioning Vista Outdoor for sustainable and profitable growth.”
Reisdorf was appointed to the position subsequent to the company’s prior head of investor relations leaving the company. She will report to Lopez and is responsible for interfacing with the investment community, communicating the company’s financial messaging and developing and managing relationships with new and current investors, analysts and other stakeholders.
While leading Vista Outdoor’s Enterprise IT, Reisdorf was instrumental in the implementation and adoption of the enterprise portfolio of IT systems and operational processes across all business units as well as corporate initiatives. She supported the company’s transition during the spin-off from ATK and helped to ensure the successful integration of its acquisitions. Prior to Vista Outdoor, Reisdorf held various roles in strategic management consulting and financial systems.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Bethel University and an MBA in Accounting from Capella University.
