Collective Licensing International announced a new multi-year agreement with UK-based Ski and Sport for the company to license the Vision Street Wear brand for the footwear and apparel categories in the member countries of the European Union (EU).

Under the agreement Ski and Sport will hold the license for Vision Street Wear for the EU and will design, manufacture and distribute Vision Street Wear branded products throughout various European retail locations to help drive the international expansion of the brand.

Ski and Sport’s inaugural Vision Street Wear collection will debut in June 2011 at retail across Europe.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Ski and Sport on the continued international growth of the Vision Street Wear brand,” said Bruce Pettet, CEO of Collective Licensing International.  “With its deep understanding of the youth consumer, product design and market trends, we expect Ski and Sport will be a great partner for Vision Street Wear across Europe.”

Founded in 1976, Vision Street Wear is recognized as one of the original and most authentic street wear brands to emerge from the skate fashion explosion of the early 90s. It was re-launched in 2009.

“This agreement both enhances and strengthens our successful relationship with CLI,” said Glenn Briers, owner of Ski and Sport.  “Our proven track record of delivering excellent product and service will continue with Vision Street Wear as we re-establish the brand throughout Europe.”
