Ibotta, Inc., the Denver, CO-based digital promotions platform, has appointed Matt Puckett, the former CFO of VF Corp., as CFO, effective August 25.
Puckett, a 23-year VF Corp. veteran, was EVP and CFO at the company from June 2021 to July 2024. He had held financial roles at VF since 2001, including VP of Global Financial Planning & Analysis, CFO of International, and CFO of Timberland.
Pucket left amid transformation efforts undertaken by Bracken Darrell, who was appointed VF’s CEO in July 2023. He was succeeded in May 2024 by Paul Vogel, who had formerly served as CFO at Spotify Technology S.A.
