VF Corp. named An Claes as vice president of supply chain operations, EMEA. She replaces Stuart Pond, who has become VP of global supply chain platforms. She reports to Cameron Bailey, executive vice president of global supply chain.

Claes joins VF following a supply chain career spanning 24 years, working within and leading logistics, planning and sourcing teams for various corporations, including Johnson & Johnson and Nike.

Originally from Belgium, Claes has moved continents three times and lived in four countries, including The Netherlands and the U.S. Most recently, she was the SVP of delivery operations for the EMEA at Johnson & Johnson.

Claes worked for Nike for nearly 15 years through 2017, with her last role being VP of sourcing and planning, global apparel.

Claes will also join VF in the EMEA as a European senior leadership team member, representing all aspects of the supply chain matrix. In her new role, she will help to answer and support the marketplace’s evolution, respond to changing consumer needs and leverage best practices across brands and functional areas.
